Vivo Y72 is arguably one of the most advanced smartphones available on the market today. With all the Android operating systems, there are bound to be some rough edges here and there. This phone however has been built from the ground up using Android Kit Kat 4.4. It comes pre-installed with a series of standard apps like Viber, YouTube, Google+ and many more. We have spent the time testing out this device and have found that it has some nice features, although the interface could do with some work.
The Vivo Y 72 has an undoubtedly modern look. It comes complete with a capacitive Android operating system, a 6.aru AMOLED capacitive display, a large bezel along with some unique physical features like a self-rechargeable battery and front panel metal frame. Like many of the premium phones, you can expect to pay a premium for the goo.
This is an attractive looking phone, but does fall short on the features side by a small difference in size, screen size and weight. The body is rather chunky, probably a touch larger than you would like for a phone in this price range, but the phone is well manufactured and looks good. The build vivo y72 quality of the phone is also decent although we did find the power and volume buttons were hard to press.
If you are looking for a high end phone that offers a lot of value for money, you cannot go wrong with the Vivo Y 72. It has a sleek metallic build which is very modern. The bezel surrounding the entire handset is thin, giving the phone a very sleek and futuristic look. This phone also has a powerful chipset and is one of the best Android handsets available. It comes with a nice selection of widgets, including the standard Android ones, as well as a neat feature called prism magic.
The Vivo Y 72 also comes preinstalled with some nice Android features, including Google Now, which is a new feature provided by the manufacturer. With it you can ask Google Now queries right then and there, or browse through what’s on your home screen. You can also use it to perform a variety of tasks, from browsing the web, to searching for an item in the Play Store, to accessing your contacts and playing games. The standard apps that come preinstalled include Google Maps, Google Earth, Gmail, Hangouts, YouTube, LinkedIn and plenty more. You can also download a few additional apps, like a Weather widget or a PDF reader, but they are quite basic and not what you would expect from a budget handset.
When it comes to photography the Vivo Y72 gives you a lot of flexibility. If you want to shoot your friends in high definition quality then you can do this, by connecting the built in Wi-Fi support to your existing wireless network.
